Guard Monitoring System

Guard tracker is a realtime tour system. It enables workers to easily communicate with the control room via the touch of a button and sends all button data back to control room immediately and directly in realtime using a secured access point name (APN) via the GPRS/GSM cellular network.

Guard tracker has a wide range of uses including such things as keeping track of scheduled guards on duty, the data of the guards route is transmitted through GSM phone networks allowing second by second updates on a Web-based live patrol monitoring system and the same can be said for, maintenance workers, employees or contractors.

Often guarding premises alone can be stressful for the security guard on patrol, the panic button on the unit allows immediate communication with a control room in case of emergency, thus improving the safety and security of the employee. This tool is ideal for emergency situations, for example employees working alone that have encountered a group of trespasses can push the panic button and the main headquarters can get their location and send someone to help them. The control room can also call the Guard tracker and have a voice conversation with them to determine the situation and dispatch the correct response.

Guard Tracker users cannot make calls, although they can let supervisors know they need a call by pressing ‘Call Me’ button or the guard monitoring station operator can call the Guard tracker unit at anytime in the same way as a mobile phone.

The Guard Tracker tour system lets your employees or contractors sign on and off a site or a job by utilising the ‘realtime’ button system. They swipe their Guard tracker on the button located at various fixed points on route and their whereabouts is sent directly to the main office/headquarters, allowing supervisors the ability to notify guards that they have not logged their route in a correct order.
